jijidd Terms & Conditions - Legal Agreement for Philippine Users

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," "you," or "your") and jijidd ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), operating the online gaming platform accessible at https://jijidd.cam (the "Platform" or "Website"). By registering for an account, accessing the Platform, or using any gaming services provided by jijidd, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules or guidelines posted on the Platform.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform and refrain from creating an account or participating in any gaming activities. 2.2 Account Creation and Verification

You must provide your legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid mobile number, email address, and create secure login credentials. jijidd reserves the right to verify your identity at any time, including before processing withdrawals, by requesting government-issued identification documents such as Philippine passport, driver's license, or national ID card, proof of address within the past three months, and photographic verification.

You may maintain only one (1) account with jijidd. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances and bonuses, and permanent ban from the Platform.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including username and password. You must not share your login information with any third party. You agree to notify jijidd immediately of any unauthorized access to your account or security breach. jijidd is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access where you have failed to maintain credential security.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

3.1 Deposit Methods and Procedures

jijidd accepts deposits through approved Philippine payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, and other licensed e-wallet providers. Minimum deposit amounts are set at ₱50 PHP unless otherwise specified for particular payment methods. All deposits are credited to your jijidd account balance instantly upon successful processing, subject to payment provider confirmation.

You warrant that all funds deposited originate from legitimate sources and that you have legal authority to use the payment method selected. jijidd reserves the right to request source of funds documentation for deposits exceeding ₱50,000 PHP within any thirty-day period or where suspicious activity is detected.

3.2 Withdrawal Processing and Limits

Withdrawal requests are processed within 5 to 30 minutes during standard business hours, subject to completion of account verification procedures. Minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100 PHP. Maximum daily withdrawal limits vary by VIP tier: Standard accounts ₱50,000 PHP per day, Silver VIP ₱100,000 PHP per day, Gold VIP ₱250,000 PHP per day, Platinum VIP ₱500,000 PHP per day, Diamond VIP unlimited withdrawals.

Withdrawals must be made to payment methods registered in your name. Third-party withdrawals are prohibited for anti-money laundering compliance. jijidd may require additional documentation or impose enhanced due diligence for large withdrawal requests exceeding ₱100,000 PHP.

3.3 Fees and Currency

All transactions on the jijidd Platform are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). jijidd does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may impose transaction fees which are your responsibility. Currency conversion, if applicable, is performed at prevailing interbank rates plus reasonable administrative margins.

4. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

4.1 Game Integrity

All games offered on the jijidd Platform utilize certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology tested and approved by independent testing laboratories including eCOGRA and iTech Labs. 4.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for account suspension and balance forfeiture:

4.3 Game Malfunctions

In the event of game malfunction, system error, or technical failure, all affected bets and payouts are void. jijidd will make reasonable efforts to restore service and resolve disputes fairly, but is not liable for losses resulting from circumstances beyond our control including internet disruptions, server failures, or software bugs.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Terms General Provisions

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified, all bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be satisfied before withdrawal of bonus funds and any associated winnings. Standard wagering requirement is thirty-five times (35x) the bonus amount. Different games contribute differently to wagering requirements: slots contribute 100%, video poker contributes 10%, table games contribute 10%, and live dealer games contribute 10% unless otherwise specified.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or exploit any Platform content without express written permission from jijidd. Unauthorized use of intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, jijidd, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of profits, loss of data, service interruptions, or computer malfunction.

The Platform and all services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. jijidd does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

Your maximum aggregate liability for all claims arising from these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount deposited into your account during the three (3) months preceding the claim.

10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

10.1 Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising from or related to your use of the jijidd Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10.2 Complaint Procedures

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding the Platform or services, you must first contact jijidd customer support at [email protected] with a detailed description of the issue. We will investigate and respond to your complaint within ten (10) business days. If the matter remains unresolved, you may escalate the complaint to PAGCOR's player dispute resolution process.

10.3 Arbitration

Any disputes not resolved through customer support or PAGCOR mediation shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. The arbitration shall be conducted in Manila, Philippines, in the English language. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding upon both parties.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

jijidd reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of these Terms or any applicable laws
• Fraudulent activity or suspected money laundering
• Failure to provide required verification documents
• Abusive behavior toward staff or other players
• Failure to maintain accurate account information
• Prolonged account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) months
• At our sole discretion for business reasons

Upon account termination, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform. jijidd will return your account balance minus any bonuses or disputed amounts, subject to completion of all outstanding wagering requirements and investigations. Accounts terminated for fraud or Terms violations may result in forfeiture of all balances.

12. Amendments to Terms

jijidd reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to the Platform.
